1. Reservation Cancellations We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our guests as best as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows: Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 7 to 13 days before the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the arrival date are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booking. 2. Early Departures Guests who leave before the completion of their booked stay will not be eligible for a refund. 3. Date Modifications We allow one free modification to your reservation dates, subject to availability, if requested at least 7 days prior to arrival. Additional modifications may incur a fee. 4. Force Majeure If the resort is forced to close due to natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered the option to reschedule their booking or receive a full refund. 5. Activity & Service Cancellations If an activity (e.g., safari, guided tour) is canceled due to weather conditions or operational issues, guests will receive a full refund for that activity. If a guest cancels an activity less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, the amount is non-refundable. 6. Refund Processing Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days via the original payment method. Transaction fees may apply depending on the payment gateway or financial institution. Check-In and Check-Out: Guests must check in at the designated dates and check out by the specified time. Late check-outs may incur additional charges. Payment: Payment for the room and any additional services must be made in advance or at the time of check-out. Cancellation Policy: Guests must adhere to our cancellation policy. Room Occupancy: The number of guests allowed in each room is limited to the maximum occupancy specified. Additional charges may apply for extra guests. Smoking Policy: Our rooms are smoke-free environments. Guests must smoke in designated smoking areas. Pets: We do not allow pets of any kind. Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay and may be charged for repairs or replacements. Noise and Behaviour: Guests must respect other guests and the staff by keeping noise levels to a minimum and behaving in a respectful manner. We reserve the right to evict guests who disturb others. Liability: We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items during a guest’s stay. Guests are encouraged to take good care of their valuable items. Privacy Policy: The personal information of guests collected for check-in purposes and to provide services is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent except the police. Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation, the following charges will apply: STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY: For individual bookings of less than 5 rooms, and bookings not considered a group, the following cancellation policy applies: If cancelled up to 48 hours before arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled less than 48 hours before arrival, or in case of a no-show, 100% of the first night will be charged. If you are a no-show, 100% of the first night will be charged. Pre-paid bookings: If your booking comes with a pre-payment condition it will not be possible to cancel or change your booking free of charge. PRE-PAID RESERVATIONS Advance Purchase Rates: Our Advance Purchase Rates (APR) are discounted rates and are made with the condition that they are prepaid and are completely non-refundable. Bookings with our APR Rates cannot be modified or cancelled free of charge, and no refunds will be made. If you cancel the booking, or if you are a no-show, you will still be charged the full amount of your booking. GROUP BOOKINGS: For bookings of more than 5 rooms our group cancellation policy will apply. If your group booking comes with a pre-payment condition the below cancellation policy will not apply. Cancellation fee: If cancelled at least 8 weeks prior to arrival, no cancellation fee will be charged. If cancelled between 6-8 weeks before arrival date a 15% cancellation fee applies If cancelled between 6-4 weeks before arrival date a 50% cancellation fee applies If cancelled within 4 weeks before arrival date a 100% cancellation fee applies. PEAK DATES POLICY: On some peak dates through the year, different cancellation policies will apply to all bookings. Please refer to your booking confirmation for further details. GROUP RESTAURANT CANCELLATION POLICY It is possible to cancel up to 10% of the confirmed number of guests up to 3 days prior to the scheduled reservation. Cancellations received with less than 3 days notice will be charged in full. Important information: Full payments shall be paid before check-in.
