
1. Reservation Cancellations
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our guests as best as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made between 7 to 13 days before the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the arrival date are non-refundable.

No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booking.
2. Early Departures
Guests who leave before the completion of their booked stay will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Date Modifications
We allow one free modification to your reservation dates, subject to availability, if requested at least 7 days prior to arrival. Additional modifications may incur a fee.
4. Force Majeure
If the resort is forced to close due to natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered the option to reschedule their booking or receive a full refund.
5. Activity & Service Cancellations

If an activity (e.g., safari, guided tour) is canceled due to weather conditions or operational issues, guests will receive a full refund for that activity.

If a guest cancels an activity less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, the amount is non-refundable.
6. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days via the original payment method. Transaction fees may apply depending on the payment gateway or financial institution.
